Following are the terms and conditions that constitute of Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges Policy.

Returns & Exchanges
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Exchanges must be done to the value of the original purchase. Should there be a balance, the customer is responsible to settle the balance immediately. Should you choose an item with a lesser value than the returned item, then the balance will be credited to your account to be used for future purchases.
No items will be returned or exchanged if they are not in their original condition.
Base sets will only be considered for exchange if a certified mattress protector has been used on the mattress. Your mattress must not have any signs of usage that can be seen as abuse, for example, it must not have stains, dirty marks, rips, tears, or any other damage that is not a part of your exchange/return.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will notify you within 10 days on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within 14 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
All shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer/consumer. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping and bank admin fees will be deducted from your refund.
