Thank you for visiting and shopping at www.furncity.co.zm. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 4-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Should any unforeseen circumstances arise that result in a delay in your shipment, we will advise you via e-mail or telephone immediately, as soon as we are made aware of these.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

The K500 shipping cost only applies to deliveries within our stores’ surrounding areas. Any deliveries out of these areas will need to be negotiated with the store concerned or for the customer’s own collection.

Shipment to addresses

www.furncity.co.zm ships to addresses within Zambia only.

Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). 

Damages

www.furncity.co.zm tries its utmost best to avoid any damages or loss during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please make a note of it on the delivery note and return the item, as per our Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges Policy. 

Shipping of damages

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund as per our Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges Policy.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside Zambia.
