Yes, we do! You can view our terms for hire purchase here. We also provide deals on a layby basis, this is discussed in store.

Yes, we do deliver, you can view all of the places we deliver to here.

If your destination is not on the list, you can still buy from our website, but someone will contact you to find out if you’re going to organise pick up, or if they can organise delivery for a fee.

If you are concerned about the fee or whether it’s possible to deliver, we encourage you to contact your closest branch before purchasing your product of choice.

FurnCity provides warranty up to 18 months only. Other products such as electricals and bed sets have their own individual warranty provided by our suppliers.

This warranty covers factory faults, it does not cover general wear and tear or customer damage.

Yes, orders can be made on special request as per customer specifications. Please come in store for more information regarding this. This does depend on the supplier.
 

We get our stocks from South Africa, Zimbabwe and overseas.
